Pricing & Booking Policy
On Par Events requires a 3-hour minimum booking.

Travel charges are not subject to promotional discounts unless specifically stated.
Reservation Deposit
- A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure an event date and time.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled event.
- Bookings made fewer than 7 days before the event require payment in full at booking.
- An event is not considered reserved until On Par Events receives the required payment.
Cancellation
- 14 or more days before the event: reservation deposit is retained. No additional balance is owed.
- 7–13 days before the event: 50% of the total contracted event price is due.
- Less than 7 days before the event: 100% of the contracted event price is due.
Rescheduling
- One reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.
- The existing reservation deposit will transfer to the new event date.
- Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to additional charges.
Weather
- On Par Events will not operate an outdoor event when weather or site conditions create an unsafe environment for guests, Event Team members, or equipment.
- When unsafe weather prevents an outdoor event from taking place, the customer may reschedule without forfeiting the reservation deposit, subject to availability.
Additional Event Time
- Additional time may be purchased for $125 per hour.
- Requests made during an event are subject to availability.
- Subject to approval by On Par Events.
- Added in one-hour increments.
- Payable before the additional time begins.
Payment
- Customers may use the payment methods offered by On Par Events.
- Credit/debit card payments may be subject to an applicable processing fee.
- A no-processing-fee electronic payment option may also be available.
Promotions
- On Par Events may periodically offer promotional pricing, including weekday specials.
- Promotional discounts apply only to qualifying event charges and do not apply to travel, taxes, or other excluded charges unless specifically stated.
- Promotions may not be combined unless otherwise specified.
Holidays & Peak Dates
- Holiday and peak-date pricing may apply.
- Pricing will be provided at the time of the event quote.
